Payments

We realise that you may have reservations about purchasing your SMARTnet cover over the Internet and from a Company that you have never heard of!

We offer Credit Card payment facilities which provides you with protection and peace of mind to do business with us. Once your payment has been made, and right up until the contract has been registered with Cisco, you have the right to cancel your order and our Credit Card provider will refund your money.

If you prefer not to use the Credit Card Payment method, its not a problem, as we also accept cheques and wire transfers.

Alternatively, you can send us a Purchase Order and, subject to certain condidtions, we will provide you with a credit account.
